cozy, flavor-packed meals from a tiny kitchen that prove simple ingredients can still feel like a full-on steakhouse experience.

This steak bite bowl is one of those meals that makes you feel like you did something fancy… without actually doing anything complicated. You’ve got juicy, golden-browned steak, a garlicky pan drizzle that smells absolutely ridiculous (in the best way), and a bowl that somehow disappears faster than you planned. I told myself I’d save half for later… that did not happen.
The real magic here is in those little tricks — the tenderizing marinade, that quick arrowroot coating, and scraping up every last bit of flavor from the pan. Add it all together and you get steak that’s ridiculously tender with that perfect crust, plus a buttery, garlicky drizzle that pulls everything together. It’s cozy, it’s hearty, and it definitely feels like a “treat yourself” kind of dinner… even on a random Tuesday.
